I am having to be super-organised for Christmas this year. There is so much going on I have no choice and we are going away over the Christmas season to our beach house which I can't wait for. Christmas Day with Robin's cousins! Going to be so much fun!
Last night, after the kids were in bed, I started searching for some new Christmas music on itunes. I have a party coming up in 3 weeks that we are hosting, so I need a good eclectic mix to play in the background. I had fun. Here's my list.... so far:
Agnus Dei - Amy Grant
Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) - Michael Buble
Christmas in the Sand - Colbie Caillat
Emmanuel (Hallowed Manger Ground) - Chris Tomlin
Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas - Wynonna Judd
I'll Be Home for Christmas - Elvis Presley
It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas - Michael Buble
Jingle Bells - Kenny G
Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow - Beegie Adair
The Magic of Christmas Day (God Bless Everyone) - Celine Dion
Santa Baby - Pink Martini
Silent Night - Mariah Carey
I love Pink Martini - makes me laugh everytime she sings "I want a yacht, and really that's not a lot"!
But there are two that I've listened to over and over - thought I'd share them with you.
Agnus Dei by Amy Grant. It's years since I listened to any Amy Grant - but this is beautiful.
And Emmanuel by Chris Tomlin. I really like his music. I have a couple others of his on itunes.
